With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in project management and software solutions, complemented by PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Certification and a good understanding of Programming Using Python, I possess the expertise necessary to consistently deliver high-quality results and innovative solutions.

My enthusiasm for environmental engineering drives me to develop processes that facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams. Currently, I am dedicated to building and nurturing the project team to optimize performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

In my roles, I lead projects from inception to deployment, meticulously managing requirements definition, schedules, scope of work, budget estimations, and risk mitigation strategies. I coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within defined scopes, schedules, and budgets, fostering strong collaboration with project stakeholders throughout.
