Diana Popescu

Professional profile

I am a technical project manager working on contract, remote. I deliver in regulated environments: lending platforms with inbound and outbound API integrations, open banking affordability data, credit reference searches. Before that, semiconductor facility projects for Intel and Exyte, with fabs in Ireland, Germany, Israel and the US, and ERP rollouts across Portugal, India and the UK.

I run delivery under both Scrum and PRINCE2, control external provider budgets, and verify what suppliers bill. I also write the test cases and run front end and back end testing myself, through to release. That last part is unusual for a project manager and it is the reason clients keep me past the original scope.

Guided by the principle "Invest in yourself". Your career is the engine of your wealth," I am committed to continuous growth and development, both personally and professionally. Mum of two boys who make me the strongest ever!

I worked with the team on an video project. They managed everything perfectly, from the timetable they had set, to the continuous updates from them.
