March 2022 – March 2024, Senior Software Project Manager – Basesite, Ireland
I joined the company amidst a phase of deficient project management, lacking processes, project managers and operating with a loosely defined process. Upon arrival, I meticulously analyzed ongoing projects and seamlessly integrated a new process within Asana. Recognizing the absence of established methodologies like Scrum or Prince II, I took the initiative to educate the teams through training sessions, overseeing various aspects such as daily huddles, story workshops, sprint planning, and reviews. Consequently, productivity soared, and we consistently met project deadlines. Despite the success of our methodology, we acknowledged the limitations of Asana and made the transition to Jira which is still used in the business.
In October 2023, I shifted into a role concentrated on refining operations and processes. Within this capacity, I conducted comprehensive evaluations and reorganized key processes to maximize team efficiency. In November, we participated in SEMICON Munich, where we showcased our latest product, FabBuilder, and introduced it to prominent industry leaders such as Samsung, TSMC, among others.

September 2020 – Present, Project Management Revamp - Invisible Dust, UK
Invisible Dust was undertaking project management revamp. They managed between 3 - 7 projects concurrently at any one time—these ranged from £5k local education projects to £4m capital projects with many moving parts. The team members were highly skilled, and they were running projects somewhat successfully, but the management was done ad-hoc. Some project managers use spreadsheets, some use Trello, and some members used pen and paper. Everything was done in partnership; Invisible Dust worked with universities, local authorities, and governmental bodies; therefore, the projects relied very much on communication; there was no shared system for managing all of these projects.
As part of this revamp process, I was implementing a new management system (using Asana) and training their team members until everyone was confident in using the process and the tool used. A bing chunk of my time was donated to them because they are a charity and I loved what they are doing.
